SOUTH BEND - Memorial services for Martha (Ginz) Shidler, 76, of Delray Beach, Fla., formerly of South Bend, who died at 2 a.m. July 28 in Hospice By The Sea, Boca Raton, Fla., following an illness, will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in Riverview Cemetery Chapel. Burial will follow. A. Cremation, Boynton Beach, Fla., was in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity.

Mrs. Shidler was born Dec. 4, 1918, in South Bend, and moved to Florida in 1973.

As Martha Ginz, she married Arthur N. Shidler. He died in 1968. Surviving are two sons, Arthur N. Jr. of Atlanta, Ga., and Peter W. of South Bend; three grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. She was a former member of the Junior League and active in the Visiting Nurse Association, both of South Bend.
