SOUTH BEND - Services for Olive J. Sherrill, 84, of East Bowman Street, who died at 2:25 p.m. Sunday in Ironwood Health & Rehabilation Center, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Community Baptist Church. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and one hour before services Thursday in the church. Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, Plymouth, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.

Mrs. Sherrill was a former employee of Wilt's Grocery, Mishawaka, in the meat department. She was born June 23, 1911, in Huntington, Ind., and lived in South Bend and Mishawaka for 50 years. On Feb. 22, 1936, in Argos, as Olive J. Seymour, she married Harold E. Sherrill. He died Oct. 9, 1993. She is survived by a son, Robert L. of Warsaw; a grandson; two step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Bill Pennington of Sparta, Mo. She was a member of the church.
