Sister Mary Eusebia CSC, died this morning in Saint Mary’s Convent after an extended illness. She was born Ellen Mercedes Shea in 1886 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She entered the Sisters of the Holy Cross in 1904 and received the habit the same year. She made her profession of vows of final vows in 1910. During her community life she was stationed in Washington DCC; Indiana; and Idaho, and had spent the last 25 years at St. Mary’s Convent.

A requiem high mass will be offered at 6 a.m. Friday in the Church of Our Lady of Loretto at St. Mary’s with burial will be in the Community Cemetery. Friends may call in the in the convent parlor.
