George Raymond Shawhan  

George Raymond Shawhan, age 40, of 718 32nd street, died at the residence at 1 o'clock this morning, following a prolonged illness. He was born in Kokomo, Ind. June 16, 1890, and had lived in this city for 20 years, coming here from Kokomo. Surviving is his wife, Mrs. Jessie Shawhan, two children, Mary Louise and Richard both at home, and one brother, Earl of this city and a sister, Mrs. G. W. Pursley of Kokomo.   Funeral services will be held in Russell chapel, Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Elmer Higgins, Christian Science practitioner, will officiate and burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
