MISHAWAKA - Marie P. Sharp, 79, of 605 Willow St., died of natural causes at 1:46 p.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Hospital. Mrs. Sharp was born May 21, 1914, in Florence, Ala.

In 1933, as Marie P. Robertson, she married Edward J. Sharp. He died in March 17, 1993. She is survived a daughter, Mary Ann Cira of Granger; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Faye Bennett and Lutell Wood, both of South Bend. She was a member of the First United Church of God.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St.
