Stanley Search, 75, of 615 North
Cedar Street, Mishawaka, Ind., died Sunday at St. Joseph
Community Hospital, Mishawaka. Mr. Search was born Sept. 4, 1921,
in Williamsport, Pa., to Stanley and Martha Search. He was a 1940
graduate of Mishawaka High School, and worked at the Studebaker
Corporation in South Bend, and also with Goodwill Industries. Mr.
Search was active at the Battell Community Center for the
elderly.
Surviving is one son, Frederick Search, Sr.,
of Carlisle, Ind.; three grandchildren, Jennifer Search and
Dorothy Search, both of Mishawaka. and Fred Search, Jr., of
Carlisle, Ind. Mr. Search was preceded in death by one
granddaughter, Shannan Hershberger, in 1994. Also
preceding him in death was a brother, who was killed in the
service during the Korean conflict.
Friends may call at the Bubb Funeral Chapel,
3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka, from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 p.m.
Wednesday. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bubb
Funeral Chapel. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Valley
Memorial Park, Granger, Ind.
