Margaret M. Schweisberger, 79, of Mishawaka, Ind., passed away after an illness at 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 20, in her residence. Margaret was born on May 10, 1924, in South Bend, Ind., as the daughter of the late Floyd and Elma (Hyatte) Ferguson. Margaret was also preceded in death by three brothers, Floyd Ferguson Jr., Robert Ferguson and Donald Ferguson.

On March 21, 1947, in South Bend, as the former Margaret Ferguson, she married Robert K. Schweisberger, who preceded her in death on Feb. 19, 2003.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Penny (Mike) Inks of Wakarusa, Ind.; and by two grandsons, Keith Inks of Mishawaka and Glenn Inks of Wakarusa.

Margaret was employed by the former Uniroyal Company in Mishawaka in the fuel cells division and the sales room from 1942 until her retirement in 1981. Margaret was a member of the former Koscuiszko Club bowling league, and was a member of the Uniroyal Retirees Club where she served as treasurer.

There will be no visitation. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 23, in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, with Rev. Ron Drake officiating. Burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.
