SOUTH BEND - Peggy Marlene Schultz, 66, of South Bend,
passed away on August 1, 2008, in Hospice House of St. Joseph
County following an extended illness. Peggy was born January 10,
1942, to the late Walter L. and Viola A. (Mast) Hill
in Elkhart, Indiana. In November 1977, Peggy was married to Mr.
Arthur Schultz in South Bend. Arthur preceded her in death,
passing away in 2000. Surviving are her brothers, Gene A.
(Juanita) Hill of Angola, Indiana, and Jerry L. (Sharon) Hill of
Mishawaka, Indiana. Also surviving are her nieces and nephews,
Wendy, Samantha, Cissy, Jody, Jerry Lee Jr., Rich and Eddy. She
is also survived by several great- and great-great-nieces and
nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, August 4, 2008, in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola, Indiana. Rev. Gene Ebright will conduct the 10:00 a.m. funeral services on Tuesday, August 5, 2008, in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Peggy was a homemaker. In her spare time she enjoyed babysitting children, spending time with the St. Joseph Seniors, sewing, crocheting, and church fellowship. She truly enjoyed helping those who were unable to help themselves. In her memory, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
