Frank B. Scheetz

Services for Frank B. Scheetz, 90, of Portage Manor, South Bend, who died about 8:30 p.m. Friday in Memorial Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Pleasant Valley United Church of Christ.  Dr. Larry Sansoucie, pastor, will officiate, and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Warner Funeral Home, Osceola

He was born on March 29, 1893, in Goodland, Ind., and had lived in this area for 40 years, coming from Mentone, Ind.  He retired in 1958 as service manager for the Firestone Tire and Rubber Co store in South Bend.  Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Douglas (Sharon) Kile of Lakeville, Mrs. Jeffrey (Frances) Zipper of Orlando, Fla., Ms. Janet Courtney of South Bend and Mrs. David (Paula) Whitlow of Scotts Valley, Calif.; four sons, Edward C. Peltz of Niles, David B. Peltz of South Bend, Ronald L. Peltz of Niles and James B. Sheetz of Mishawaka; 13 grandchildren; and a brother, Ernest Scheetz of Roann, Ind.  Scheetz was a member of the Pleasant Valley United Church of Christ
