Eleanor M. Schalliol

SOUTH BEND - Eleanor M. Schalliol, 79, of Rockne Drive, died at 8:05 p.m. Tuesday in her home after an illness. Mrs. Schalliol was born Feb. 9, 1916, in Somerville, Mass., and lived in South Bend since 1934. On Sept. 1, 1937, in Mishawaka, she married Paul M. Schalliol. He survives with a daughter, Linda Craney of Ivesdale, Ill.; a son, Dr. John of Granger; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Esther McKecknie of Dover, Mass.; and two brothers, Ross W. Raymond and Howard A. Raymond Jr., both of Mishawaka.

Private family services were held today in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County Inc.
