Carl W. Rynearson, 78, of 55274 Kensington Avenue, died at 7:05am today in
the Carlisle Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. He was
retired from the OBrien Paint Corp.
He was born on April
3, 1905, in South Bend, and lived in this area all his life.
On April 2, 1927, in South Bend, he married Lorene T. Manges, who
survives. Also surviving are three sons, Carl Jr. of Mishawaka,
Robert E. of Plymouth and Donald L. of Pris MI; eight
grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; six sisters, Mrs. Gladys
Myers, Mrs. Thelma Farkas, Mrs. Marie DeBoever and Mrs. Betty
Hermann, all of South Bend, Mrs. Marel Krill of Phoenix AZ, and
Mrs. Garnet Utley of Paris MI; and two brothers, Earl of
Mishawaka and Lloyd of South Bend.
Services will be at 11am
Wednesday in the Emmanuel Temple Pentecostal Church in New
Carlisle, with Rev. Robert Estes, pastor, officiating. Burial
will be in the Sumption Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call
from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm Tuesday in the Hollis-Palmer Funeral
Home, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue. He was a member of the church.
