OSCEOLA - Joy Rogers Rutkowski, 67, of Cedar Road, died at 8 p.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after an illness. Mrs. Rutkowski retired from South Bend Toy Co. in 1981 after 25 years of service. She was born Dec. 21, 1926, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. On Nov. 29, 1947, in Mishawaka, as Joy Rogers, she married Robert H. Rutkowski. He survives with a daughter, Jacqueline Ann Pavlekovich of Bremen; a son, Greg P. of Bremen; two grandchildren; and a sister, Barbara Adam of North Liberty. She was a member of Osceola United Methodist Church.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Hahn Funeral Home, Mishawaka. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
