Helen E. Rusk, 86, of The Milton Home, died on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2001. Helen was born on Jan. 9, 1915, in Waynetown, Ind., to the late David and Edna Rusk.

Helen is survived by her great-nephews, Dennis, Paul and David Rusk, along with there families. She will also be forever missed by her special friends, Linda, Aslee and Emily Schoen of South Bend, Ind. Helen was a fourth grade teacher with the South Bend School System, retiring in 1976 after 32 years. Helen was a graduate of Ball State and Indiana University.

Viewing for Helen will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, in the FOREST G. HAY FUNERAL HOME, located at Ironwood and Jefferson Drive, South Bend. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5, at the Masonic Cemetery, Waynetown, Ind. Helen, you will have a special place in our hearts forever.
