SOUTH BEND - Patrick G. Rucano, 62, of Franklin Place, died Sunday in his home of natural causes. Mr. Rucano was born June 28, 1933, in South Bend.
He is survived by a sister, Rose VandeWalle of South Bend; and three brothers, Peter G. and John J., both of South Bend, and Richard J. of Mishawaka; and 10 nieces and nephews.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of Disabled American Veterans Chapter 5.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
Friends may call an hour before services in the church. McGann Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Gibault School for Boys, in care of Knights of Columbus Council 5570, 5202 Linden Ave., South Bend, IN 46619.
