SOUTH BEND - Services for Carrie P. Rubino, 84, of Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of South Bend, who died Friday in Harris Methodist Southwest Hospital, Fort Worth, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call two hours before services on Thursday in the funeral home.

Mrs. Rubino retired in 1971 from Bendix Corp. after 40 years of service. She was born Dec. 4, 1910, in South Bend.

On Nov. 25, 1939, in South Bend, as Carrie Pilarski, she married Nicholas Rubino. He survives with a son, Mark M. of Fort Worth; two grandchildren; a great-grandchild; five sisters, Alice Polcyn, Diane Haley, Virginia Kline, Helen Frame, and Agnes Brainerd, all of South Bend; and three brothers, Joseph, Richard, and Marion Pilarski, all of South Bend. She was a member of Bendix Local 9 and St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
