Margaret L. Rozow (Oct. 3, 1922 - April 1,
2003)
Margaret L. Rozow, 80, Mishawaka, Ind.,
passed away on Tuesday, April 1, in her apartment at The Carlisle
in Naples, Fla.
Margaret was born on Oct. 3, 1922, in Argos,
Ind., as the daughter of the late Lloyd B. and Myrtle D. (Livingston)
Miller. Margaret was also preceded in death by four
brothers, Robert, John, Richard and Bruce Miller; one sister,
Sarah Elizabeth; and by a son who served in the Army in Vietnam
in 1969, John Rozow.
Upon graduating from Argos High School,
Margaret attended the Epworth School of Nursing (Memorial Hospital)
and obtained her RN degree. On June 4, 1944, as the former
Margaret Miller, she married Peter Rozow, who preceded her in
death on May 12, 1971. Margaret was employed at Memorial Hospital,
Studebaker, and as an industrial nurse for AM General for 19
years before retiring in 1985. She was a past member of the St.
Peter & Paul Serbian Church.
Margaret is survived by two sons, Nicholas
Rozow of South Bend and Peter Rozow of Indianapolis, Ind.; two
daughters, Margaret Anne (Robert) Lavanture of Granger, Ind.,
and Elizabeth (Wayne) O'Brien of Fort Wayne, Ind.; three
grandchildren, Wendy A. Lavanture, Donna (William) Bennett and
Michelle Rozow; and one great-grandchild, John Allen Bennett.
Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. on
Saturday, April 5, in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka,
with funeral services at 2 p.m. in the Hahn Funeral Home, with
Rev. Gary Scott officiating. Burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery,
South Bend.

MISHAWAKA Margaret L. Rozow, 80, of
Naples, Fla., formerly of Mishawaka, died Tuesday in Naples.
Survivors include two daughters, Margaret A. Lavanture of Granger
and Elizabeth O'Brien of Fort Wayne; and two sons, Nicholas of
South Bend and Peter of Indianapolis. Services will be at 2 p.m.
Saturday in Hahn Funeral Home, where friends may call two hours
before services.
