David A. Rozniarek

David A. Rozniarek, 62, was born on Friday, June 5, 1936, in South Bend, Ind., to Anthony and Verna Rozniarek, and died on Tuesday, March 16, in Puyallup, Wash. Mr. Rozniarek resided in Sumner, Wash., for 11 years, held a five-year position as a golf marshall at Tapps Island Golf Course, and was past president of their Senior Mens' Club. He also served in the United States Army.

He was the husband of Betty M. Rozniarek of Sumner; the father of Anita (Robert) Kuminecz of South Bend, Carol (Bradley) Doll of Sumner, Brian Rozniarek, Lisa Rozniarek and Raymond Rozniarek, all of South Bend; the brother of Henrietta (Wilmer) Young of Arizona; grandfather of Shaun and Dustin Kuminecz, Tiffany Doll, Jordyn Smith, Summer Doll, and the late Jeremy Kuminecz.

Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Powers Funeral Home,15124 Main Street, Sumner, Wash. Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday in Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 12407 214th Avenue East, Bonney Lake. Interment will be on Monday at the Tahoma National Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society will be appreciated by the family.
