SOUTH BEND - Wanda D. Roytek, 92, of Rue Mallarme, died at 3:30 a.m. today in St. Joseph's Medical Center of natural causes. Mrs. Roytek was born March 8, 1902, in Manistee, Mich., and lived in South Bend most of her life.
On Sept. 26, 1923, as Wanda D. Klosowski, she married Edward J. Roytek. He died Nov. 12, 1973. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia J. Kovach of South Bend; a son, Donald of Mishawaka; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Theresa Witkowski and Clementine Nidbalski, both of South Bend. Two sons, Edward R., died in 1962, and Robert J., died in 1929.
She was a member of Daughters of Isabella, Ladies of Charity, and St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church.
