SOUTH BEND - Services for Carl H. Rowe, 83, of East Irvington Street, who died at 12:55 p.m. Monday in Memorial Hospital of natural causes, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Guisinger Colonial Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.

Mr. Rowe retired from AM General Corp. as an inspector in the repair bay. He was born Feb. 14, 1910, in Warsaw and was a lifelong area resident.

On Dec. 25, 1935, in South Bend, he married Caroline Myers. She died in 1976. He is survived by a brother, Jack of Mishawaka; and a friend, Donna Huddleston, with whom he made his home. He was a member of Moose Lodge 58.
