SOUTH BEND - Robert E. Rouch, 69, of Perry, Fla., formerly of South Bend, died Friday in his home of natural causes. Mr. Rouch was a self-employed heating and air-conditioning contractor. He was born July 12, 1925, in LaPaz, and was a South Bend resident most of his life.

In South Bend, he married Dean Logan. She survives with five daughters, Candace Plank and Robyn Wheeler, both of South Bend, Kim Leek and Christa Hatchcock, both of Perry, and Donna Plank of Orlando, Fla.; a son, David of South Bend; 14 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a sister, Marjorie Gyorgyi of Arizona; and a brother, Richard of Arizona.

There will be no visitation or services. Bevis Colonial Funeral Home, Tallahassee, Fla., is in charge of arrangements.
