Joseph E. Roemer Sr.

July 30, 1928 - June 15, 2000

SOUTH BEND — Joseph E. Roemer Sr., 71, of Cupertino, Calif., formerly of South Bend, died June 15 in his home. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann (Doron); a daughter, Ann Simmons of San Jose, Calif.; two sons, John of San Jose and Joseph Jr. of Tahoe, Calif.; a sister, Mary of South Bend; and three brothers, Thomas, James and Charles, all of South Bend. Services and visitation were held in California. Neptune Society, San Jose, handled arrangements.

Joseph E. Roemer, Sr.

July 30, 1928 - June 15, 2000

In memory of Joseph E. Roemer, Sr., 71, who died after a long illness at his home in Cupertino, Calif.

Mr. Roemer was the beloved husband of fifty-one years to Mary Ann (Doron) Roemer, and the loving father of Anne Roemer (John) Simmons, both of San Jose, Calif., and Joseph, Jr., of Tahoe, Calif.

He is also survived by his brothers, Thomas, James and Charles, and sister Mary, all from South Bend, Ind. He was preceded in death by his sons, James Joseph and Thomas Patrick; and by a brother, William, II.

This is the son of William F. Roemer and Carmelita Luther. He was born in South Bend.

He was buried in Los Gatos Memorial Park, San Jose, Santa Clara County CA.
