MISHAWAKA - Raymond R. Rodts, 68, of Rt. 2, Bremen, formerly of Mishawaka, died this morning in St. Joseph Hospital. He had been ill for a week. He was born in Mishawaka on Nov. 28, 1904 and lived here until he moved to Bremen 40 years ago.

He married Madeline VanHoke in Sacred Heart Church at the University of Notre Dame in April of 1933. She survives in addition to a brother, Emiel J. Rodts of Roseland; and three sisters, Mrs. Lena Bickel of South Bend, Mrs. Russell H. Moser of Oceola and Mrs. Marcel Cooreman of New Carlisle.

Friends may call after 7 p.m. Sunday and all day Monday in the DeVos Funeral Chapel. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Bavo’s Catholic Church and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
