MISHAWAKA - Mary Rodts, 81, of Miller's Merry Manor, Wakarusa, formerly of West 10th Street, died at 8:12 p.m. Thursday in Elkhart General Hospital. Mrs. Rodts retired in 1974 from Uniroyal Plastics Co. after 42 years of service.

She was born July 16, 1914, in Mishawaka. On Feb. 23, 1946, in Mishawaka, as Mary Dooms, she married Alfons Rodts. He died Aug. 6, 1981. She is survived by a son, James A. of Mishawaka; and a sister, Alice Miller of Mishawaka. She was a member of St. Bavo's Catholic Church.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today in Hahn Funeral Home, where a prayer service will be at 7 p.m.
