SOUTH BEND - Services for James A. Roberts Sr., 63, of Turtle Creek Drive, who died at 6:45 p.m. Monday in Memorial Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. today in Holy Cross Catholic Church. Cremation will take place. Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St., handled arrangements.

Mr. Roberts retired as an advertising executive. He was born July 12, 1930, in Evansville, and lived in South Bend since 1984, coming from Port Washington, N.Y.

He is survived by a daughter, Linda L. Mack of Clark, N.J.; two sons, James A. Jr. of Chicago and Bruce E. of Piscataway, N.J.; a grandson; and a sister, Carolyn R. Patrick of South Bend. He was a veteran of the Korean War and was a graduate of Harvard University.
