Melvin C. Ritter

Merritt Island--Melvin Casper Ritter, 99, a farmer and painter died
Sunday, July 22, 2001 at Cape Canaveral Hospital.  Melvin was born in
Huntington, Indiana and worked for his own company.  Survivors
include his son, Pete Ritter, Merritt Island; daughter-in-laws,
Elmyra and Ann Ritter; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and
eight great-great-grandchildren.  Calling hours will be held from 6
to 8 p.m. Thursday at Florida Memorial Home.  Services are 2:00 p.m.
Friday at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery,
Mishawaka, Indiana.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to
Health First Hospice.  Florida Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted
with arrangements.

of Mishawaka, died
Sunday in Cape Canaveral Hospital. Survivors include a son, Pete of
Merritt Island. Services
will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Fairview Cemetery Chapel Mausoleum.
There will be no
visitation. Bubb Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
