SOUTH BEND - Dorothy Richter, 81, passed away Thursday in her home. She is survived by a daughter, Diana (Julius) Armstrong of Bellevue, WA; sons, Kurt A. Richter of Mishawaka; twins, William (Janice) Richter of Staten Island, NY, and Frederick (Jeanette) Richter of Independence, MO. Services will be held at 11 AM Monday at the Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend. where family will receive friends from 2- 6 PM Sunday.
