of Progressive Baptist Church where she served as a kitchen aide.
She loved sewing, cooking, shopping, and conversing with other

one hundred and ten percent a mother and, even in her final
moments, she was loving and caring for her youngest
seven-month-old grandchild. Elizabeth had two good friends who
stood by her through all of life's struggles, Donata Austin
and Johnnie Robertson. These two women were her partners
in cooking, shopping and prayer, and they even helped deliver
Elizabeth's first child. It's God, her true beauty from heaven
above. Elizabeth passed away on Nov. 15, 2000. She was preceded
