Mrs. Mary M. (Goepfrich) Resnik, 85, of 17399 Jackson Road, died at 8 a.m. today at her home after a brief illness. Born on Nov. 29, 1894, in South Bend, she had lived here all her life. Her husband, Anthony, died in 1955. She is survived by a son, George A., of South Bend; 15 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. William Stelzer, of Milford, Mich.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Mishawaka. Rev. Robert Hoevel, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Hickey Funeral Home, 3516 E. Jefferson, where the rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. She was a charter member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and Corpus Christi Church.

Note:  Mary M. Resnik is daughter to George Goepfrich and Anna Muth.
