Marie Reprogle, 92, of Palm Harbor, Fla., formerly of
South Bend, Ind., passed away Friday, Dec. 14, in the
Long Shadow Inn retirement home, Palm Harbor. She
was born Jan. 22, 1909, in South Bend, to the late John
and Ann (Mejerie) Fabian. On Oct. 9, 1947, she married
John Reprogle, who died in 1978. She
is survived by her son, Richard (Bunny) Starrett of Palm
Harbor; three grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren; her sisters, Elizabeth Brunner of
South Bend, Anna Johnston of Rosebush, Mich., and Mary
Winslow of Standish, Mich.; and by a brother, John Fabian
of Flint, Mich. Mrs.
Reprogle worked for 25 years in the Robertson's Tea Room,
retiring in 1975. She was past president of the Eagles
Ladies Auxiliary #435. Funeral
services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, in
the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William Street.
Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery. Friends may call
from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday. Memorial
contributions may be made to the Children's Make-a-Wish
Foundation. |
