Mrs. Pauline A. (Peg) Replogle
ARGOS - Services for Mrs. Pauline A. (Peg) Replogle, 78, of 310 E. Plum St., Argos, formerly of 54410 30th St. South Bend, who died at 7:55 p.m. Saturday in Pilgrim Manor Musing Home of Plymouth, will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 435 S. Ironwood, South Bend. Rev. Charles Bloomer, pastor of the Argos Congregational Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery of Osceola. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Grossman Funeral Home of Argos and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home.
She was born August 21, 1903, in Brook, Ind. She had lived in Argos since 1977, coming from South Bend where she lived most of her life. She had been an employee of the former Slick Laundry of South Bend. On May 28, 1923, in Elkhart, she married Earl Replogle. He died Nov. 30, 1975. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Ruben (Maxine) Madison and Mrs. Robert (Verlie) McKelvy, both of Mishawaka and six brothers, Ed Ferris of Argos, Henry and Ervin Ferris, both of Grayling,Mich., Walter, Frank and Willis Ferris, all of South Bend, Carl Atkinson of Fort Wayne and Harold Atkinson of Dallas, Texas. She was a member of VFW Post 1167 Ladies Auxiliary.
