Theodore A. Reiter: (South Bend Tribune 5/1983)

Theodore A. Reiter, 68, of 2210 S. Catalpa, died at 3 p.m. Sunday in his home after a brief illness. He was a former employee of the Studebaker Corp. and was retired in 1973 from the Dietzgen Co. of Elkhart. He was born on June 3, 1914, in South Bend, and lived here all his life. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Dorothy VanTornhout of South Bend; and a brother, Robert E. of South Bend. Services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday in Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church, with Rev. Anthony Molnar, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Kaniewski and Sons Funeral Home. He was a member of the Legion of Mary Auxiliary.
