SOUTH BEND - Kathryn Ann Reiter, 63, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away Friday, January 29, 2010, in the Sanctuary at Holy Cross, South Bend, Indiana. Kathy was born August 5, 1946, to the late J. Kenneth and Dorothy (Burnham) Reiter. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Joan Kavanaugh and Teresa Michaely, and a brother-in-law, Edward Kavanaugh. Surviving are her sisters, Mary Louise (Tom) Vanderbosch of San Jose, California, Peggy (Ted) Christian of Ft. Meyers, Florida; brothers, John (Rosemary) Reiter of South Bend, Indiana, Dennis (Elena) Reiter of Burbank, California, David (Lynn) Reiter of Anza, California; and a brother-in-law, George Michaely of Vienna, Virginia. There will be no visitation. A memorial Mass will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Logan Industries, 3621 Boland Drive, South Bend, IN 46628.
