Adeline Reiter: (South Bend Tribune 1/15/1988)

Adeline Reiter, 75, of 425 S. Scott St., died about 5:40 a.m. today in St. Joseph’s Medical Center. Mrs. Reiter was born July 23, 1912, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. On Nov. 26, 1931, in South Bend, as Adeline Jozwiak, she married Julius Reiter, who died in 1967. She is survived by two daughters, Rita Nemeth of Fort Wayne and Kathleen DeLee of South Bend; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Dorothy Nemeth of South Bend; a brother, Stanley Jozwiak of North Liberty; and her mother, Antoinette Jozwiak of South Bend. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday at St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Sunday by the parish and the Alter and Rosary Society. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society.
