Sister M. Everidis CSC, 94, died this morning in St. Mary’s Convent after an extended illness. She was born Johanna Reidy in Limerick, Ireland in 1868. She entered the Sisters of the Holy Cross in 1890, receiving the habit in 1891. She made her profession of vows in 1896. During her community life she was stationed as a teacher in Pennsylvania and Austin, Texas. She had been retired at the motherhouse for several years.

A requiem high mas will be offered at 5:30 a.m. Monday in the Church of Our Lady of Loretto with burial in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery on the campus. Friends may call in the convent parlor.
