Marie T. Reichow, 82, residing on
South 25th Street, South Bend, Ind., passed away at 5:00 p.m. on
Thursday, Dec. 24, in her home. Mrs. Reichow was born on March
27, 1916, in Chicago, Ill., and had lived in South Bend since
1951, coming from Chicago.
On July 2, 1957, in Valparaiso, Ind., she
married Richard C. Reichow, who survives. She is also survived by
two sons, Paul L. Reichow of Mishawaka, Ind., and Robert D. Wagner
of Bradenton, Fla.; four grandchildren, Tara (Chris) Reinoehl
and Kelly A. Reichow both of Mishawaka, Robert Wagner, Jr. and
Chris Wagner both of Bradenton, Fla.; two great grandchildren,
Seth and Jordan Reinoehl both of Mishawaka; five nieces, Sherrie
(Ernest) Barkley of Granger, Ind., Rocky (John) Levine
of Palos Park, Ill., Joyce Evanoff of Phoenix, Ariz.,
Joann Smith of South Bend and Lorraine Libes of
Houston, Texas; three nephews, Leonard (Joyce) Libes of Muncie,
Ind., Dick (Jan) Meyer of California, and Paul (Mary)
Meyer, Jr. of Fort Wayne, Ind.
Services for Mrs. Reichow will be held at
11:00 a.m. on Tuesday in Palmer Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka
Avenue, South Bend. Rev. Ed Erskin of Northway Church of Christ
will officiate. Entombment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial
Gardens, Osceola. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on
Monday in the Palmer Funeral Home. Contributions in memory of
Mrs. Reichow may be offered to the American Heart Association or
the Diabetes Association.
