Sister Mary Compassion Regan CSC

Sister Mary Compassion CSC, died at Saint Mary’s Convent Sunday morning after an illness of several months. She was born in County Cork in 1988 as the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Regan. She entered the congregation in 1913, and made her final vows in 1919. During her community life she was stationed at Holy Rosary Academy in Woodland, Calif. and Dunbarton College of Holy Cross in Washington DC.

A requiem high mass was held at the Church of Our Lady of Loretto, St. Mary’s at 6 a.m. Monday and burial was in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.
