SOUTH BEND - Sister M. John Frederick (Beatrice Rea), CSC, 97, of Saint Mary's Convent, Notre Dame, died Tuesday in her residence.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Church of Loretto, Saint Mary's, where friends may call after 3 p.m. today and where a wake will be at 7 p.m. Hickey Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
