William J. Rasberry

SOUTH BEND - William J. Rasberry, 40, of South Bend, passed away at 5 p.m. Thursday, December 17th, in his residence after suffering an apparent heart attack. Mr. Rasberry was born on January 21, 1969, in South Bend, and had resided in the area since 1994, coming from Union City, TN. He was living with his beloved fiancee, Sharon Hadary, at the time of his death. Bill is survived by two daughters, Kasie Mendez of Union City, TN, and Ashley S. Rasberry of Mexico. Also, two sons, Dustin Rasberry of Union City, TN, and Joseph Rasberry of Union City, TN; two sisters, Virginia M. Rasberry of Oklahoma and Christine Rasberry of Union City, TN; two brothers, Michael P. McCoy of South Bend and Jamie Rasberry of Kansas City, MO. Also seven grandchildren, whom he loved and cherished. Visitation and services will be held on Monday, December 21st, in the White-Ranson Funeral Home in Union City, TN, with burial in Union City. The family request that memorial contributions be made to the family at 1111 Sussex Drive, South Bend, IN 46628. The HANLEY & Sons "Southwest Chapel" Funeral Home, located at West Ireland Road / Indiana 23, South Bend, handled local arrangements and extends its deepest sympathy to the Rasberry family.
