Natale Ranieri

Natale Ranieri, 77, of 1339 N. Adams Street, died at 8:25 a.m. today in St. Joseph Hospital. He was a retired grocer, born Feb. 3, 1899 in Italy. His wife Margherita survives, along with a son John Ranieri of Cassopolis; two daughters , Mrs. Willard Aldrich, Dowagic, and Mrs. John Kondras of Los Angeles Calif.; 20 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and eight step-grandchildren.

Also surviving are three step-sons, William, Joseph and Anthony Sorocco, and five step-daughters,  Lucy Mattei VanOverwaele, Mary Hjara, Angeline Nowaczewski,  Betty Lou DeRoo & Helen Trouter.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Holy Cross Catholic Church, Rev. Walter J. Higgins, CSC, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Niles
