Rev. Francis X. Quinn CSC, 72, of Holy Cross House, Notre Dame, died Saturday in his residence. He was born Oct. 2, 1918 in South Brewer, Maine. He professed his vows on Aug. 16, 1954. He worked at the steam and power plant at the University of Notre Dame from 1954 to 1956; served at Notre Dame High School, Niles, Ill. from 1956 to 1971 and 1974 to 1984, and Moreau Seminary, Notre Dame, from 1971 to 1974.

Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in Sacred Heart Church, with burial in Holy Cross Community Cemetery on the campus. Friends may call at Moreau Seminary Chapel, where a wake will be at 7:30 p.m. today.
