SOUTH BEND — Frank Puchala, 75, of Sterling Drive, died Sunday in Memorial Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Sally (Kosciukiewicz); a daughter, MaryAnn Dearing of Appleton, Wis.; a son, John of South Bend; a sister, Rosie Olszewski of Poland; and a brother, Daniel of South Bend. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Anthony Catholic Church. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a rosary will be said at 3 and 6:30 p.m.
