SOUTH BEND - Lillian Potts, 80, of 515 E. Monroe St., died at 9:21 a.m. Thursday in her home. Mrs. Potts was a former housekeeper for the Brademas family. She was born Aug. 25, 1915, in Howard County, Ind., and had lived in South Bend since 1935.

On Dec. 20, 1942, as Lillian Achor, she married Gilbert Potts. He died Aug. 13, 1971. She is survived by four daughters, Karen Alfonso of Largo, Fla., Marsha Wolf of LaPorte, Wilma Overgaard of Edwardsburg and Brenda Potts of Three Rivers; a son, David of South Bend; three grandchildren; two sisters, Florence Calloway of Indiana and Vivian White of Kokomo; and a brother, Wayne Achor of Indiana.

There will be no services or visitation. Cremation will take place with burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola, is in charge of arrangements.
