07/09/1892 – South Bend Weekly - p.9 - Madison - Several from this vicinity
attended the funeral of Mr. Samuel PLETCHER of Wakarusa, on the 3d inst.  He
was an old pioneer of Olive Township and died July 1 of blood poisoning.
