Nov. 26, 1919 - April 5, 2010SOUTH BEND - Louis S. Pinter, 90, passed away at 3:00 PM Monday, April 5, 2010, in his residence. Louis was born on November 26, 1919, in South Bend, IN, to Louis and Magda (Molnar) Pinter. He retired from Krizman, Inc. as a custodian. On October 13, 1951, he married Irene Woltman, who passed away on December 28, 2008. Surviving are a son, Stephen (Pamela) Pinter of Davison, MI. Preceding him in death were four sisters, Mary Pinter, Yolanda Hedl, Anna Niemann and Irene Bella. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM Thursday, April 8, 2010, in Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church. Burial well be at Sacred Heart Cemetery, South Bend, IN. Family and friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 PM today in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue, South Bend, IN, where a Rosary will be recited at 3:00 PM today. He was a veteran of WW II and a member of American Legion Post 50, Loyal Order of Moose #58, DFV German Club and Our Lady of Hungary Ushers Club.
