Mrs. Mary Pinkola, 86, beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt to many, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 9, 1997, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Port Charlotte, Fla.

She was born in South Bend, Ind., on Sept. 2, 1910, the oldest child of Andrew and Victoria Hornyak. She married Joseph Pinkola, and for many years they made their home in the Roseland/South Bend area. She is survived by her husband, Joseph; her daughter, Clarice; her sisters, Rose and Helene; and by her granddaughter, Tiaja. She was preceded in death by her parents; by her brother, William; and by her great-grandson, Angelito.
