Louise I. Pilarski

Feb. 13, 1915 - July 5, 2000

Louise I. Pilarski, 85, of Clearwater, Fla., died at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2000. She recently moved to Clearwater from E. Fairington Circle, South Bend, Ind.

Mrs. Pilarski was born on Feb. 13, 1915, in Tulsa, Okla., and grew up in West Salem, Ill. She moved to South Bend 65 years ago.

On July 13, 1942, as Louise Grobleben, she married Joseph J. Pilarski in Hattiesburg, Miss. He preceded her in death on Jan. 17, 2000. She was the daughter of the late William and Augusta Grobleben, and had an older brother Gussie, who also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Pilarski is survived by her daughter Sandra and son-in-law, Leonard McNulty of Clearwater; a granddaughter, Shannon McNulty of Plano, Texas; and by a grandson, Quintin McNulty of Austin, Texas.

Family and friends may call from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Monday in the ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 1827 E. Ireland Road, South Bend. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday in the Cathedral of St. Matthew, with burial to follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
