Mrs. Amelia Pepple
Mrs. Amelia Pepple, who resided with her son L. L. Pepple,
East Ireland Road, died Wednesday morning in his home after an illness of two
years. She was born in Legonier, Ind., Feb 19, 1881 and came here from
Waterloo, Ind., five years ago. She was married in Waterloo, April 2, 1899, to
George Pepple, who died in 1949. Surviving besides her son, are five sisters,
Mrs. Claude Rohrbaugh, of South Bend, Mrs. Ella Ketel, of Muncie, Ind., Mrs.
John Stahl, of Waterloo, and Mrs. Henrietta Crooks and Mrs. Eva Ketel, both of
Auburn, Ind.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Friends may
call in the Dilgard Funeral Home, Auburn, until the funeral there at 10:30 a.m.
Saturday. Burial will be in the Waterloo Cemetery.
