Doyle Eugene Peppers Jr. "Buzz", 36, a lifetime resident of South Bend, Ind., passed away of unknown causes on Monday, June 9, 2003. Buzz worked as a mechanic for 19 years. Doyle Eugene Peppers Jr. was born to Doyle E. Peppers Sr. and Carolyn Y. Peppers of South Bend. He is also survived by his three sons, Allen, 14, Shawn, 12, and Johnathan, 9; two sisters, Melissa Peppers and Susan Podemski, both resident of South Bend; as well as three brothers, Mark Peppers, James Peppers and Jeffery Peppers. Proceeded in death, Allen Peppers. Survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and special friend, Donna Cariker also two stepsons, Tyler and Austin.

Visitation will be held for family and friends at Hickey Funeral Home, 3516 E. Jefferson Blvd., 289-1000, South Bend, from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday, June 13. Services will be immediately followed at noon. Services will be officiated by Phillip Thomas of Ardmore Wesleyan Church of South Bend. The burial will immediately follow services to Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Edison Road, South Bend.
