Andrew Peczkowski

November 30, 1853 - March 28, 1951

Word has been received here that Andrew Peczkowski, the father of John Peczkowski, 605 North Johnson Street, and Lucian Peczkowski, 610 South Bendix Drive, died in Zagorow, Pozjania province, Poland, on March 28, at the age of 97 years.  The funeral was held March 30.

Mr. Peczkowski was born in Ladek, Poland, November 30, 1853, and had lived in Zagorow for the last fifty years.  Surviving besides the two sons in South Bend are three daughters and a son in Poland, Mrs. Genevieve Rychlinski, Mrs. Victoria Zawal, Mrs. Mary Stawicki and Stephen Peczkowski; 39 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
