SOUTH BEND - Robert M. Parker, 85, died Tuesday, May 11 in hospice care following a cancer diagnosis. Mr. Parker, a graduate of The University of Notre Dame and Notre Dame Law School, served as Chief Deputy City Attorney from 1964-1984. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Suzanne Parker and her partner, David Sogg. His wife, Suzanne Smith Parker, died in 1994. A memorial gathering will be announced at a later date.
